Environmental Impact Bond in Ohio under development

The Baileys Mountain Biking Trail System will restore an abandoned mine and develop an 88-mile singletrack, multiuse, human powered trail system on 9,000 acres in Athens, Ohio’s Wayne National Forest. The Trail will become a premier mountain biking destination leading to greater utilization and visitation. $5 million Environmental Impact Bond will provide up-front capital.
