Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT has transformed the Rock Creek Farm in Will County, IL into an organic row crop production farm. The site will become a working, public demonstration and research conservation agricultural operation. The project is committed to a diversity of organic operations producing vegetable, herbal, native grasses/legumes, agroforestry, silvopasture, and seed crop, and will be a public demonstration for learning. $1.3M will be financed.
